Wal-Mart is not part of the Anthem network of Retail Clinics, but for added convenience Falcon will reimburse the visit (only) at 100%. Just send in or drop off your receipt for the retail visit (only) with employee name & patients name for reimbursement to the HR Dept @ Corporate. | ||||||||
