History of Falcon
Transport
| 1903 |
Youngstown, Ohio native, J.V. McNicholas, purchases a horse and wagon for
$100 and founds J.V. McNicholas General Cartage and Storage. |

1960's
|
J.V.’s
son, Henry McNicholas, becomes CEO and continues to grow the business
becoming a major steel hauler in the East and Midwest.

|
1980's |
Henry
McNicholas closes McNicholas Transportation.
Don Constantini, Henry's son-in-law, and Joe Fleming, J.V.'s grandson,
begin Compass Transportation to service former McNicholas steel industry
customers.
Don Constantini and Joe Fleming purchase a small trucking company called
Falcon Transport in Akron, Ohio; a truckload van carrier serving the
automotive industry throughout the Midwest and East coast.

| 1982
|
Falcon
Transport and Compass Transportation, Inc. begin to operate as sister
companies with a combined equipment base of 150 tractors and 225 trailers.

1990's |
Falcon Transport earns four GM
Supplier of the Year Awards, four Chrysler Gold Pentastar Awards, and the
Ford Motor Company Service Award with the fleet growing to over 340 trucks.

| 1995
|
Upon seeing the widespread
interest in logistics developing, Falcon Transport creates its now sister
company, Comprehensive Logistics (www.complog.com)
and services them with its fleet of 625 trucks.

| 2000
|
Falcon Transport and Compass
Transportation merge into Falcon Transport Company to present a better
brand identity to their customers. Falcon continues to serve all of the Big
Three automakers as well as most major steel mills. The Falcon fleet grows
to over 750 trucks.

| 2002
|
Falcon begins its General
Commodities Division working with major Fortune 500 companies east of the
Mississippi. Customers include Proctor & Gamble, Colgate Palmolive, Sherwin
Williams, and Campbell's Soup.

| 2006 |
Brad and Mark Constantini
promoted to Falcon Executive Vice Presidents, becoming the fourth
generation to run the family business.
|
Falcon continues its
over 100 year tradition of growth through Safety, Service, and Satisfaction
with a fleet of 1,200 trucks.
